“Although think tanks mostly operate as individual entities, a few years ago a unique network – PASOS (Policy Association for an Open Society), now consisting of 40 independent think tanks and spanning more than 25 countries in Europe and Central Asia was created with the aim of achieving a bigger impact via collective activities.”
