In this quarterly publication, the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies (BISS) assesses Minsk’s foreign policy efforts in November and December 2011, and looks ahead to Belarus’ foreign relations in 2012.
The publication uses a series of indices to evaluate how relations are evolving between Belarus and the EU, China, Russia, Ukraine, and the developing world.
The report’s authors also provide a description of key foreign policy-related events that occurred during the time of analysis, and a forecast for the future.
