Not So Quiet on the Eastern Front: An Audit of the Minsk Agreements and Ukraine’s Reintegration Options
Two members of the PASOS network in Ukraine contributed to this analysis of the impact of the Minsk Agreements on the country’s territorial integrity.
The Institute of World Policy and the Ilko Kucheriv Democratic Initiatives Foundation were among a group of four policy centers to produce the report, which addresses three gaps in the policy debate on the conflict in eastern Ukraine.
The paper takes an audit of the Minsk Agreements and the situation with re-integrating the occupied territories in eastern Ukraine. It does so by looking at four distinct dimensions: foreign policy, economy, public opinion, and field realities.
The report was produced under the Ukrainian Think Tank Development Initiative (TTDI), which is implemented by the International Renaissance Foundation (IRF), in partnership with the Open Society Initiative for Europe (OSIFE) and the Ukrainian Think Tanks Liaison Office in Brussels.
